The Alcoholic Beverages Association of Kenya (ABAK) went to court over a complaint written to them by the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) that members of ABAK were airing alcohol advertisements during the watershed period against Kenyan advertising laws.
The case was dismissed in May 2017 and now ABAK lost the case in the Court of Appeals.
