Pass the Bill! New Zealand Communities Campaign for Alcohol Policy Improvements

On June 30, 2022, Member of Parliament Chloe Swarbrick’s “The Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Harm Minimisation) Amendment Bill” was drawn from the ballot. Now the Bill will get its first reading in parliament. Communities in New Zealand are rallying to support the Bill and calling on their MPs to vote for the Bill in parliament and see it through the Select Committee process.
