Nigeria: Alcohol Use Among Students a Rising Problem

A study published in the Journal of Substance Use shows that university students are specifically exposed to alcohol harm.
The current state of alcohol policy in Nigeria puts youth and children at particular risk to suffer alcohol harms. The Nigerian government needs to urgently make alcohol policy a priority to better protect the health and development of children and young people in the country.
