South Africa and COVID-19: Alcohol Sales Ban Leads to Significant Trauma Cases Drop

South Africa enforced another alcohol sales ban on December 28, 2020 which is to last till January 15, 2021. Since the introduction of the sales ban there has been a significant drop in hospital trauma cases and road traffic accidents.
