U.S. Regulator Bans Big Alcohol From Specific Health-Related Marketing Claims

The alcohol industry has increasingly been advertising alcohol products with health-related keywords and statements to cash in on the health-conscious consumer trend.
Taking this into consideration the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) issued a four-part guidance series in their weekly newsletter to curb Big Alcohol’s health-related marketing claims.
