Heineken Taken to Court Over Decades-Long Illegal Activity in Greece
Posted March 03 2021The Amsterdam Court of Appeal has given the go ahead for Greek company Macedonian Thrace Brewery (MTB) to file claims for the violation of competition laws against Heineken and their Greek Subsidiary Athenian Brewery (AB) in Dutch Courts.
This is not the first time Heineken violates competition laws and employs unethical business practices in pursuit of profit maximization.
