In alcohol and service industry workplaces harassment is prevalent. Project WHEN reports more than 140 cases in the United States in recent years alone.
While sexual harassment is the most common type of harassment, many professionals in the alcohol and service industry also suffer from interweaving forms of bullying and discrimination, such as racism, ageism, and sexism, among others.
